  • Do you perform work on the weekends?

    We are available for work on Saturdays via a booking with our call centre staff.

  • Are you Insured?

    Yes, we are fully insured and compliant.

  • How can I make payments?

    For Residential we provide an easy and simple Eftpos payment system, for Commercial we provide can submit you an Invoice for your accounts department.

  • What if I don’t have parking onsite?

    Our Techs if able to will park on the street, however there will be an additional charge if paid parking is only available.

  • Is the pricing fixed?

    As we understand not all 2 jobs are the same, our staff when booking will provide a rough estimate over the phone. These prices may vary depending more or less depending on the site and ...

  • What if I have Pets onsite?

    Generally, our staff can work around most small pets, however we always recommend if you can isolate them securely for the safety of our team to complete the work accordingly.

  • Do I need to be onsite for the work to be completed?

    Yes, we always require the customer to be onsite for assessment and payment purposes.

  • What is the cancellation process?

    For cancellations we require at least 4hrs notice, if a cancellation occurs onsite there is a $90.00 cancellation fee applicable as we go through the process scheduling and allocating technicians to your site.
