• Do I need to be onsite when the cleans occur?

  It is not required for you to be onsite when we do the cleaning unless specified otherwise, our service teams are equipped to work independently in a safe secure manner. Most cleaning gets done after 5pm or early mornings.

• Do you provide office carpet cleaning services?

  Yes, we offer commercial carpet cleaning services, and much more. We can periodically put a maintenance schedule, keeping your stain and smell free. Just ask us.

• What happens if I'm not happy with the cleaning?

  It is absolutely important to us that we meet your expectations, you'll have direct contact with your account manager who will address these issues and make changes where needed to ensure we meet your needs.

• What is your level of security to ensure our staff and site remains safe?

  We know that security is always important, which is why all our staff undergo screening to ensure we meet your level of safe and secure.
